What is mobile iv hydration?

Mobile IV hydration delivers fluids, vitamins, and minerals directly into your bloodstream through an IV — in the comfort of your own home, office, hotel, or event. This allows for faster absorption and more efficient hydration compared to oral supplements.
Who administers the IV’S?

All IV’s are administered by a licensed Registered Nurse and overseen by a medical provider. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
Do i need a prescription?

No. All treatments are provided under standing medical protocols approved by our medical director. You’ll complete a brief medical intake before treatment to ensure services are safe and appropriate for you.
How long does an Iv session take?

Most sessions take 30-60 minutes, depending on the infusion selected. We recommend setting aside about an hour total for setup, infusion and post-treatment monitoring.
Where do you travel?
We are a mobile service and come to your home, office, hotel, or approved location within our service area. Travel fees may apply outside of our primary coverage zone.

What should I do prior to my appointment?
Drink water beforehand.
Eat a light meal if possible.
Wear comfortable clothing with access to your arms.

IS IV HYDRATION SAFE?
IV hydration is generally very safe when administered by trained professionals. However, it may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions. We screen all clients beforehand and may require medical clearance in some cases.

does iv hydration hurt?
You may feel a brief pinch during IV placement. Once the IV is in place, most clients feel little to no discomfort during the infusion.

How will I feel after my IV?
Many clients report feeling refreshed, energized, and hydrated shortly after treatment. Results vary based on individual needs and the infusion selected.

How often can I recieve IV therapy?
Frequency varies by individual and treatment type. Some clients receive IV therapy weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Our team can help guide you based on your goals.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
We do not accept insurance. All services are self-pay. We accept major credit cards.

Can I book for a group?
Yes! We offer bookings for events, weddings, corporate wellness, athletic teams, and private parties. Contact us!

wHAT iS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
48+ hours notice: Appointments may be refunded or rescheduled at no charge.
24–48 hours notice: Cancellations receive a credit toward a future appointment (no refund).
Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Payment is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.
Once our team is in route, appointments cannot be canceled.
If we arrive and services cannot be completed (e.g., client unavailable, physically or medically ineligible), the appointment is considered a no-show.

wHAT if we are unable to obtain IV access?
Our team is highly skilled, but on rare occasions IV access may not be possible. If this happens, you’ll have the option to reschedule your appointment or receive a refund. Your safety and comfort always comes first.

cAN i RECIEVE THESE SERVICES IF i AM PREGNANT?
Yes- However, all pregnancy related services will be reviewed on a case by case basis by our medical director to ensure safety for you and your baby. Clearance from your OB-GYN may be required as it allows us to customize or limit ingredients to what’s appropriate for your trimester and health status.
